Crack street

WOW what a difference it makes when you write your local representives. alot of people in the neighborhood that i live in are fed up with the drug dealers on 13th and pearl and penn.. it is really almost like a flea market on those streets.. people sitting on the steps of apartment buildings smoking crack.. horrible place day or night.. read more about it at www.crackstreet.com here is the good news though.. so many of the folks living in our neighborhood have complained and they listened and did something about it..

1300 BLOCKS OF PENNSYLVANIA AND PEARL

During budget negotiations for 2005, City Council was successful in amending the Mayor’s proposed budget to allocate $100,000 to the Denver Police Department’s budget to deal with drug and related crime along transportation corridors.  For District 10 this means increased patrols and more police presence along East Colfax.
